Deep Science 3.0 CECs
Learn how to successfully orient students to the deep water environment. Review the scientific principles of deep water training and understand the differences between gravity assisted/resisted exercise and gravity-neutral exercise. Learn techniques for developing postural awareness, balance and coordination in the buoyant environment of deep water. (Equipment options include Wave Belts and Wave Webs)

Deep Technique I 3.0 CECs
Learn how to harness the power of 360-degree resistance to build aerobic endurance and muscular strength. This session introduces the HYDRO-FIT Method of teaching deep water exercise. Learn movement vocabulary, teaching terminology, and class options for developing safe and effective deep water workouts. (Equipment options include Wave Belts, Mini Cuffs and Wave Webs)

The Art of Teaching I
This session builds on Deep Technique I and transitions your learning experience to the pool deck. Sharpen your teaching skills and learn how to present yourself as an accomplished instructor. Experience hands-on coaching from you Academy presenters, designed to empower your confidence and develop your deck teaching skills.

Deep Technique II 3.0 CECs
Go beyond basic training techniques and challenge your students to achieve optimal levels of functional fitness. Explore the added training challenges of placing buoyancy & resistance at the ankles. Learn how to motivate your students with intensity variations to achieve measurable results. (Equipment options include Cuffs and Wave Webs)

The Art of Teaching II
Step out of the box and progress to a new level of proficiency in your teaching. Your second practice experience includes advanced cuing techniques, more dynamic deck demonstration methods and enhanced communication skills. The Academy "raises the bar" here to help you facilitate REAL results for your students and attain new levels of success.

Deep Training MAX 3.0 CECs
Attain maximum results in minimal time. Put the HYDRO-FIT Method to use and learn effective techniques to vary muscular effort and exercise intensity in a variety of deep water training formats. Review the current research on interval training in the water and learn the most effective methods for measuring and monitoring intensity. (Equipment options include Wave Belts, Mini Cuffs and Wave Webs)

Deep Options 3.0 CECs
Develop your knowledge of vertical core training in the deep water. Examine the biomechanical and musculoskeletal considerations for the safe and appropriate use of hand-held resistive and buoyant equipment. Learn a multitude of safe and effective exercise options for using Hand Buoys and Noodles to enhance muscular strength and endurance.
