A hands-on workshop format led by AEA Aquatic Training Specialists and designed to reinforce the Online Prep Course.
This course does NOT cover all AFP Manual Chapters or topic areas; rather it targets practical applications and instructor skills that are sometimes difficult to master through reading or distance learning.
Theory, classroom movement and pool participation help you to apply your knowledge to enhance your teaching! Advanced Course preparation is recommended.

Pool Muscle Mixers: With slight changes in body position, angles and tempo you experience an entirely new outcome. Maximize your body conditioning segment by using a variety of equipment and strength principles. Take away several rhythmic muscles mixes along with a fresh approach to traditional buoyant & drag resisted exercises.
