Facilitate your understanding of core strengthening and stabilization using Pilates principles and movement patterns in aquatic interval training.  Anatomy, biomechanics, and postural awareness will be the focus.  Interval training is excellent for cooler pools where lack of continuous movement will leave your participants chilled. This objective is achieved by a continued mix of high intensity cardio coupled with Pilates movements.
