Presented by Roxana Brasil - Roxana has been active in the fitness industry for over 12 years in many different capacities. Currently she is a personal trainer for people of all ages and abilities,  teaches at FAMATH University and is a manager at Espaço Stella Torreão.  She has written numerous articles, produced a book/video on the aquatic cycle and presents courses at conferences around world.
